Tai Chi Chuan is an inner martial art designed to create harmonious flow of chi or life force in the body. Among its many health benefits are; good balance, flexibility, strengthened joints and connective tissues, better circulation, enhanced focus and concentration and a sense of peace and well-being. WuYu Xiang Wu (Wu-Hao) Tai Chi is one of the five major traditional Taijiquan systems in China. It was created by WuYu-Xiang in the Qing Dynasty, and is a complete Taijiquan system for health and martial arts often referred to as the Warrior/Scholar Tai Chi. Instruction emphasizes alignment, correct posture, and movements from the center of energy. That flow one into the other. Wu(Hao) style tai chi is also excellent for use in hospital recovery programs and rehabilitation centers as Movement Therapy.
