Vendor Information for Expos and Fairs

Schedule
Expos are normally held twice each month as follows
1st Sunday - 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
3rd Saturday - 12:00 Noon to 5:00 pm

Vendor Setup
The building is open for set ups two hours before opening to the public. Please notify the office at (713) 932-7224 if you are delayed for any reason. Reserved space that is unclaimed due late arrival or no show will be re-assigned on a first come basis 30 minutes before opening to the public.

Payment
Booth space is confirmed upon reservation by phone or in writing and after receipt of reservation payment. Payments for space/table reservation are non-refundable.

Subject to space availability our receipt or your cancelled check (showing made out to CenterPoint) dated eight (8) calendar days before the Expo or Fair will reserve your space. Please indicate if you require indoor or outdoor space. Payments must be mailed to our business office at the above address to arrive no later than eight (8) days prior to the event being reserved.

Reservable indoor space is limited but late bookings can usually be accommodated outdoors or in the Auditorium. Vendors without reservations may be accommodated on the day on a space available basis. Late bookings/arrivals must pay cash at the door.

SPECIAL: Non-profit/merchandising 3ft table $30.00
VENDOR or SERVICE: 3ft table $35.00
VENDOR or SERVICE: 4ft table $40.00
VENDOR or SERVICE: 5ft table $50.00
VENDOR or SERVICE: 6ft table or massage bed $55.00
VENDOR or SERVICE: 8ft table $75.00
HEALING SPACE: 6ft space $55.00
INDEPENDENT PSYCHIC READERS SPACE: 3ft space $70.00
Outside Space – 10’ x 10’ (tent/canopy permitted) $75.00
Inside Space - 10'x10' $85.00
Alternative space requirements can be negotiated.
Vendors may give free demos or charge for their service.
CenterPoint does not require a percentage but does accept love offerings from vendors.
