This workshop expresses an in-depth knowledge and the healing arts of the spirit of the grandmother’s cave medicines. Mary will touch on Dream work, which is an important doorway to both the living life of our soul and the spirit of Mother Earth, her animals and avian, trees, stones and rivers and oceans.

We will re-connect our soul's emotional intelligence closer to Mother Earths in journeys and ritual to experience a more authentic nature (instinct) with the discovery of our animal spirit totem. The second half will be to bring our 'experience' into a form in an art project that brings forth our totem. No art experience necessary.
